Ceiling Tile

Sam and I for our ceiling tile, chose to do a quote in the shape of an anchor. The background is navy blue and we splattered pastel orange, pastel yellow, and lighter teal onto it. The wording we are painting white. After we were done with the entire tile, it looked amazing! And to give it a little extra shine, we spread a glaze over the top of the finished product! It looks great on the ceiling and it was my favorite project I did all year! I really can't think of anything I would like to change about this project! However, I do not have a picture available to post on here, but take my word for it, It looks AWESOME! :)

Candy Drawing

This project was fun. I prefer sketching things and that was a big part of this project. The only difference with this project and a normal sketch, however, was the shading with colored pencils. I thought that concept of this piece would be really difficult but I was mistaken. It was a challenging, but rewarding project. I believe this picture was put into a contest as well! The finished product pleased me and the colors really pop nicely off the paper! I'm very happy with how this project went!
